Each year, HFUW undergoes an audit and files Form 990 reviewed by the Heart of Florida United Way Audit and Ethics Committee and approved by our Board of Directors. We maintain a Platinum rating from Charity Navigator, a four-star rating from Candid, and validated by the Central Florida Foundation. The following data and financial statements accurately present the financial position of HFUW and the needs of our community.

rEAL-TIME DATA FROM 211

211 Counts is a data dashboard that shows the latest requests received by our 211 Information and Referral Crisis Line. Discover the services requested from residents in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties for housing, food, utility assistance, and other essential health and human resources. 

The 211 Information and Resources Crisis Line predicts our community’s needs and tracks their needs on a daily basis. 

LATEST 988 REPORTS

When someone calls the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, they are connected to trained specialists who listen, assess the situation, and provide support. Heart of Florida United Way serves as a 988 contact center for 14 counties in Central Florida.  

Our 988 dashboard demonstrates our community’s mental health needs on a monthly basis.
